About Event
The home of Saracens, Allianz Park, had a makeover one Sunday last year to host the first edition of the Duchenne UK Live Gaming Tournament. Belong Arenas brought in their very talented team to transform the rugby stadium into a gaming hub, fit for a spectacular gaming tournament. 40 children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) were welcomed into the stadium by former-Saracen player Jim Hamilton, for an all-day gaming schedule, seeing fierce competitors battle it out to take the title of the tournament winner! From Fifa19 to Overwatch, the gamers showcased their talent to their peers, families and the Saracens family that joined for the day. We worked closely with Duchenne UK, Belong Arenas and Astro Gaming (who provided generous gifts for the gamers to take away with them) to ensure a special and memorable day was created for all the children and their families.
