This was a networking and after party event from the SIBOS conference, held by Mastercard for their clients and to build relationships with new ones. SIBOS is a financial conference that takes place every year and in 2019, it was in London. We worked closely with Mastercard to come up with a unique venue to host the event, The Tower of London, and to create a ‘London through the ages’ theme. The guests’ experience started with some classic red buses picking them up from the ExCel centre (where SIBOS was held) to the Tower of London. The guests were greeted by The Yeomen Warders, more commonly known as Beefeaters, the ceremonial guardians of the Tower of London as well as actors in the characters of Queen Victoria, Albert, Henry VIII and Ann Boleyn before going on a tour of the venue. The guests had a private viewing of the crown jewels before heading to their drinks reception in the White Tower, which is the oldest building in London. In this room the theme was Victorian. The main event then took place in modern London were the guests were immersed using key props, a GIF photographer, amazing bowl food, drinks and a band.
